followed by'Service removal failed. Could not stop running shutdown service. 6 '
A) This is correct. The installNT.bat file try's to remove the service in case it is running. If have not previously installed it is not running and can't stop it! The installation will proceed successfully. This is for cases where you need to reinstall or upgrade.
