	Shutdown Manager uses serialised security to ensure that no unauthorised user can action machines on your network. A client will not accept a shutdown request that does not match its installed serial number. For this reason each serial number is uniquely generated and, as an added security measure, is emailed to you. Alternatively you can select the '2 Free licences' option the when you run shutdown manager for the first time. This gives you a generic serial number however. For this reason we ask you to register to obtain your unique serial number.
